a pleasant stay with a lovely pool and amazing location on the strip, but some disappointments due to amenities!

The pool area was stunning and beautifully landscaped, a true oasis.

We greatly enjoyed this place, it's incredibly beautiful and absolutely great. Staff is nice and you can park your car on site.

The hotel was in a central location to volcano.

The room had a wonderful view, thanks to our free upgrade for our anniversary. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, while the climate control worked well, keeping the temperature just right. upon arrival, the initial room was messy and didn’t meet expectations. The noise from the elevators next door was disruptive throughout our stay. Room service was prompt and convenient, as we scheduled it daily. On-site dining options were decent, enhancing our overall experience. Cleanliness could have been better, but the friendly staff helped with our concerns.

Liked spending my time in this clean prestigious hotel. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was fab! The setting was excellent and fantastic, close enough to the centre of the strip, bars and the restaurants.

The staff greets you with a smile and genuine kindness. You can enjoy good food at the onsite restaurants and the lobby is a pretty sight.

Check-in was quick, and my room was spacious and clean. A pleasant upgrade to a suite was appreciated. The central location offers easy access to the Strip. Dining options are varied, but the quality sometimes doesn't match the prices. The views of the volcano were enjoyable, although arriving too late to catch the show was disappointing. navigating through the smoky casino to reach the elevators was overwhelming. Many amenities were closed due to management transitions, causing frustration, especially with limited dining hours. Staff should better accommodate guests with disabilities. Charges for pool seating felt excessive. There's potential here, but improvements are necessary for a truly excellent experience.

The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with amenities like ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool during the hot Las Vegas days. we were disappointed by the lack of complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. the mini-bar in the room was weight-based, which made it challenging to keep track of what our 4-year-old was taking. The staff at The Mirage were friendly and helpful, but there were some lapses in customer service. The check-in process could have been smoother, and we encountered some issues with the front desk staff not providing enough information. While the location of The Mirage was convenient, we found the room rates to be high considering the outdated feel of the suites. We also weren't pleased with the additional charges for parking and the mini-bar.

The stay here was best, appreciated the hotel, it was fairly clean with best possible location close to Las Vegas Strip as well as the trade fair was taking place. Great service, although a few employees were terrible. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Las Vegas Strip district.

Wi-Fi was terrible; terrible breakfast, a little disappointed.

This hotel is right in the heart of the action, making it incredibly easy to stroll around and visit iconic spots like The LINQ Promenade, the High Roller, and The Cosmopolitan, all within a pleasant 10 to 15-minute walk, plus there's a variety of great dining options just a stone's throw away, including a few fantastic restaurants only a couple of minutes away, and the comfortable rooms and friendly atmosphere enhance your stay; however, an improvement could be made in the guest service responsiveness when dealing with reservations.
